In 1994, the first Bistrot Pierre opened in Nottingham with one simple idea: a real passion for French food, matched with an even bigger love of hospitality. More than thirty years and ten Bistrots later, that’s still the whole story.
No two Bistrots are quite the same. One sits on the Eastbourne seafront, one in a Victorian crescent in Ilkley, one in a Royal Navy yard in Plymouth. But step through any door and you’ll feel you’ve been whisked off on a little adventure en France.

Steak Frites. Moules Marinière. French Onion Soup. Crème Brûlée. Our menus are built around the dishes France does best, cooked fresh by our chefs every day, with new seasonal dishes joining the table through the year.

Alongside our Bistrots, we look after an award-winning collection of boutique rooms and suites. Think period buildings with light, spacious interiors, in places worth exploring: Admiral’s House in Plymouth’s Royal William Yard and the Crescent Inn in Ilkley. Breakfast at the Bistrot is included with every stay.
