We’re delighted to be celebrating Bistrot Pierres 30th Birthday this year, and we thought it was only right to look back over the past.

How it all started…
Since opening our first Bistrot in Nottingham City Centre in 1994, we have grown across the UK and now have a unique collection of 17 Bistrots, with more than 540 family members. Our ‘raison d’être’ is serving great-value, French inspired dishes made with authentic, fresh ingredients.
Each Bistrot is warm, welcoming and embraces the distinctive features of the building it sits in, making no Bistrot the same. We create environments where you can comfortably relax whilst feeling like you’ve been transported to France.
Many of our Bistrots have charming ‘Bar Pierre’s’ where you can keep the hunger at bay by sipping on one of our signature glasses of wine, beer or indulging in one of our many cocktails.
What we’re known for…
When someone says Bistrot Pierre, what’s the first thing that comes to mind? Is it that crème brûlée you shared on your first date with your partner? The time you came for your Christmas meal and just had to take a picture in front of our spectacular Christmas tree? What about the time you joined us for our Soiree Gastronomique and enjoyed 6 courses of our Chef’s Specials?

Rooms by Bistrot Pierre
As well as our 17 Bistrots we are also home to an award-winning collection of boutique bedrooms and suites which provide the perfect place for a relaxing getaway.
We pride ourselves on quality at Bistrot Pierre and our Rooms are no different. Our unique Rooms combine periodic architectural charm with light, spacious interiors. Located in destinations where there’s places to explore and places to relax, our Rooms have everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
NEW Cuvée Selection 30 Wine
We are delighted to bring you our brand new special cuvée, in celebration of 30 year’s of Bistrot! Launching 11th April!
We’ve collaborated with cherished producers in the South of France to create 3 beautiful wines, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay & Crémant de Limoux Brut as part of our Cuvée Selection 30. Made exclusively for Bistrot Pierre.
For all of you wine lovers, there’s no doubt you’ll find joy in one of our Cuvée 30 wines.
