Celebrating 30 Years of Bistrot Pierre


We are delighted to bring you our brand new special cuvée, in celebration of Bistrot’s 30th Birthday!

We’ve collaborated with cherished producers in the South of France to create 3 beautiful wines, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay & Crémant de Limoux Brut as part of our Cuvée Selection 30. Made exclusively for Bistrot Pierre.

For all of you wine lovers, there’s no doubt you’ll find joy in one of our Cuvée 30 wines.

Cuvée Sélection 30 Pinot Noir

We have specially selected this excluisve pinot Noir with our winemaking team in the Languedoc. It is gently oaked and has complex aromas of cherries, raspberries and cloves, with a velvety, sophisticated finish.

Our winemaker’s notes: Ruby Red in colour with light copper highlights. Nose dominated by aromas of cherries and raspberries. The specific aging process of his wine brings forth beautiful aromas of vanilla, bourbon, and roasting, Fine and silky tannins, and has amazing length on the palate.

Food & Wine pairing: Perfect with grilled red meat, roasted poultry and fine cheeses. Our team personally recommend our Boeuf Bourguignon, any of our Steaks or our seasonal special of Confit Duck Leg.

Cuvée Sélection 30 Chardonnay

Our new Cuvée Sélection 30 Chardonnay is gently oaked and has flavours of lemon, vanilla and hazelnut, with a rich, creamy and elegant finish. Sourced from the lowland vineyards from the Pays d’Oc.

Our Winemaker’s Notes: Deep and bright gold in colour. This wine is complex and expressive. Aromas of lemon, vanilla followed by elegant hints of hazelnut. This exclusive wine is well balanced, with subtle toasted oak flavour.

Food and wine pairing: Enjoy this wine slightly chilled, with white meat. Our team recommend our Poulet Rôti, and Mushroom and Squash Risotto with this!

Cuvée Sélection 30 Crémant de Limoux Brut

What better way to celebrate 30 years of Bistrot than with some fine French fizz? Our new Crémant brut has delicate flavours of white peach and lemon, and has been sourced from a family owed estate, specialised in the elaboration of sparkling wines in Limoux.

Winemaker’s Notes: delicate bubbles, vibrant acidity, citrus and green apple notes, with a hint of toasty complexity.

Food and wine pairing: Any kind of celebration! Perfectly suited with salads, prawns or calamari.
