Start as you mean to go on: a bottle of Gobillard Brut Tradition Champagne for £50 (usually £59.95), or by the glass for £9.

Then onto the good stuff. We’re talking Lobster Bisque with Comté, classic Surf & Turf, and Lobster Frites.

Sides are just as serious: Lobster Mac & Cheese, Burnt Lemon Butter New Potatoes and Heritage Tomato Salad.
