Each month our chefs take the best seasonal ingredients and prepare extra special dishes for you to try. This month is no different!
Come and try this months chefs starters of pan-fried scallops, samphire and a sauce vierge of lemon, tomato and fresh herbs or how about our Tartine de Saint Maure with classic Saint Maure goat’s cheese from the Loire region, lightly grilled on sourdough toast with chicory, pear, toasted hazelnuts, parsley and grain mustard dressing.
For mains you can choose a special sharing dish of our incredible Côte De Boeuf, a 26oz bone-in premium prime rib served with Béarnaise and green peppercorn brandy sauce – perfect for two to share for £45. Or if you fancy something lighter, then why not try our pan-fried lightly spiced cod fillet with bok choy, red chillies and coriander in a Thai infused yellow curry sauce?
