Club Bistrot Pierre is the new name for Mon Pierre Rewards.
It is our loyalty scheme where you can earn points and use them to redeem rewards. You’ll also be sent exclusive offers throughout the year as well as a bottle of fizz for your birthday.
We will resinstate all points that expired from 31st October until 28th June 2021.
Please note that we are not able to extend points, these will be re-added once we are open.
If you do not think that yours have been re-added, please email email@example.com and they will look into this for you.
No, by being part of Mon Pierre Rewards, you’re automatically part of Club Bistrot Pierre. So you can still use your Mon Pierre Rewards card and don’t need to register again.
You’ll still be able to access your Mon Pierre account online via www.bistrotpierre.co.uk/club
All the points and offers you’ve earned are still on your account.
Please update your app in the app store on your mobile device. After you have done this, please reset your password by clicking the hamburger menu in the top right hand corner of your homepage screen, then Settings, then Account Details. Here you can update your password, this will need one capital letter and one unique character. Or you can request a new password on the log in page by clicking the ‘Reset Password’ button.
You can redeem your points and offers by visiting us in one of our bistrots, presenting your Club Bistrot Pierre card or app and telling your server what you would like to redeem when you are being seated.
For every £1 spent in our bistrots you will receive 8 points. You can then redeem these for complimentary food or drink. See what you can redeem here.
Any unused points will expire from your account after 12 months from the date of your visit. If you’re opted into receive our emails you will receive an email four weeks prior to any expiration to remind you to use them. You can check your recent transactions by logging into your account on our website or the app.
Offers cannot be used in conjunction with using points for rewards.
You can however use as many points as you would like in one visit/transaction to redeem a range of rewards.
If you handed in your app/card during your visit and your points have still not been added please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your account number, receipt and the bistrot you visited and we will investigate this for you.
If you forgot to hand in your card/app during your visit unfortunately we are unable to add points retrospectively.

Our stamper cards expired in November 2018. This was communicated within our bistrots and throughout our social platforms from May 2018 therefore we are unable to honour the stamper cards within our bistrots or transfer your stamps to your Club Bistrot Pierre account. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Club Bistrot Pierre account number and we will investigate this for you.
Offers are added and removed from your account automatically, therefore we are unable to extend them. We will always notify you of the expiry date when we put your offer onto your account.
If you already have a new Club Bistrot Pierre card please send your new card number along with your old card number or email used to register to email@example.com and we will transfer all your points and offers onto your new card.
If you require a new one, as our head office is currently closed please pick up a new card from one of our Bistrots and email your new card number to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will transfer all your points and offers onto the new card.
