Don’t have access to a smartphone or you’re unsure on how to use apps?

 

We launched our new Club Bistrot Pierre loyalty scheme on the 1st of August, meaning your old Club Bistrot Pierre card will no longer work. Don’t worry, we have an alternative option. When you are next in your local Bistrot, please speak to a member of the team, who will arrange new card for you with an exclusive Club Bistrot Pierre member number. Alternatively, you are able to email questions@pierre94.co.uk ahead of your visit, and we can arrange for a card to be ready on arrival.

Once you are registered, you will automatically have access to our new loyalty scheme.

 

How do we redeem offers when we are card user?

At the beginning of every month, you will receive an email highlighting what your new monthly offers are.

When you come to dine with us, inform a member of the team you are a Club Bistrot Pierre member when you are seated and what offers you would like to use. Our team members are also able to inform you on what offers are available by searching your email address in our system.

 

How can we check our Bistrot Pound balance?

When you next dine with us, ask a member of our team and they will be able to check your balance on our systems using your email address. Alternatively, you can email  questions@pierre94.co.uk  and we will be able to let you know.
